Biography

Timothy J. Roberts, of Elk Grove Village, passed away with family by his side, October 23, 2022. Born July 17, 1958 in Somerville, New Jersey, he was the proud father of Caroline, Thomas, and Jack; Treasured son of Tom & Marge Roberts; Beloved brother of Tom Jr. (Denise), Lynn (Matt) and Ann (Jim); Big-hearted uncle to Lindsay, Jake, Wes, Emily, Scott, and Taylor. Tim was preceded in death by his niece Lauren. Tim was a stand-out football player at Elk Grove HS and studied engineering at Southern Illinois University and University of Tennessee. Tim was gifted at mechanical design & machining, and built custom production machines and medical products before ultimately taking over as president of Hospital Therapy Products, Inc. Tim loved family gatherings, spending time with friends, and he enjoyed boating, water skiing, hunting, motorcycles, Corvettes & Mustangs and his dearly departed dog, Nikki. Friends, and family will meet Saturday November 5th, at 10:00 a.m. at The Oaks for a procession beginning at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be at North Cemetery, 1205 N 5th Ave, St. Charles, IL 60174.
