Evangeline Auxier age 91 formerly of Chicago IL, Itasca IL, and Treasure Island (Sunset Beach) FL, Beloved wife of the late William; Loving mother of William (Penny) Auxier and Peter (Lori Jo) Auxier; Cherished grandma “Yia Yia” of Jake (Jill) Auxier, Tracy (Randy) Vlasic, Zach (Kelly) Auxier, Ali (Adam) Wakeley and cherished great grandma of Jake, Eva, Randy, Kyla, Maddie, Everett, Ashlyn, Peyton, and Grant. Dear sister of Penelope Bannos and the late Helen Maheras. Eva worked as a secretary for over 20 years at Clow Corporation in Bensenville. After her many years at Clow Corporation, she found working at Sweet Bay and Winn-Dixie in Florida to be one of her many joys in life. She worked there well past her retirement age. Visitation Friday, August 26 4:00-8:00 pm and Saturday, August 27 9:00 am until time of service, 10:00 am at The Oaks Funeral Home, 1201 E Irving Park Road (at Prospect) Itasca.
