Anton "Tony" Zoubek , 91, Best friend and beloved husband of the late Patricia nee Baier; Loving father of Cindy (Bob) Heinz, Steve (Jackie), Dan (Colleen), Karen (Marc) Wasserman, Janice (Jim) Wagner, Terry (Tammy), and Paul (Charles Demeree); Proud grandfather of 16 and great-grandfather of 9. Brother of Robert and the late George and Dorothy; Fond uncle of many. Veteran of Korean Conflict. Resident of Wood Dale for 59 years. Former alderman of Wood Dale for 24 years, in addition to many other accomplishments. In lieu of flowers, donations to the charity of your choice in memory of Tony would be appreciated. Visitation Friday 3:00 - 8:00 pm at The Oaks Funeral Home 1201 E. Irving Park Road (at Prospect), Itasca.
